Job Description

Collaborating with UKWPA to provide precise and reliable administration in support of financial planning advice to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth planners.

Communicate with wealth planners to provide administrative support for them.

Take charge of and ownership over several administrative activities related to wealth planning.


Try to retain current duties and create new ones to preserve team effectiveness and precision.

About the Job

  • Document management: distributing information, creating documents and presentations, and organizing files and documents
  • Data processing: simple data analysis and data entry
  • Record administration: keeping track of records, data sources, and information sources
  • Co-ordination: organizing events, gathering materials, conferences, services, and equipment
  • Research: conducting non-specialized research
  • Control: functions as a gatekeeper or main point of contact for a region
  • Helping to carry out business projects and operations in support of regional or commercial goals
  • Assistance with company planning tasks, such as resource, financial, and technology planning

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of external software programs as well as internal Private Banking systems
  • Outstanding product knowledge across UK financial planning services
  • Familiarity with past administrative positions
  • Sustaining technical knowledge requires participation in internal training sessions and industry meetings

Personal Qualities

  • You must be able to pay close attention to details
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good customer care skills and the ability to resolve problems promptly
  • You must be a team player
  • You must be good at using Microsoft, Excel, and Powerpoint
