Salary range: £37,261 – £40,478 per annum (Grade 11) with progression to £41,496 – £44,539 per annum (Grade 12)

 

Work location: County Hall, Oxford

 

 

Hours per week: Role 1: 37 hours – Health Improvement Practitioner – Partnerships and inequalities

Start Well – The job will oversee the Start Well work portfolio, which comprises school health nursing and health visiting, and it will be essential to the work of commissioning 0-19 Public Health services for kids and parents in Oxfordshire starting in April 2024.

As well, the job will promote collaborations and projects for public mental health.
