My Personal Experience with Lumen
I was a little skeptical about trying another miracle product that would just take my money and leave me even more unhealthy than before. The description of Lumen as a wearable fitness device sounded too good to be true. And I figured there was no way something so simple could make such a big difference. But I have to admit, after using it for just a couple of weeks. I’m already amazed by how much better I feel! My knees don’t hurt as much anymore, my hip doesn’t ache so badly when I stand up from a long time sitting, and even my back feels better!
